Gutter cleaning
How often should I clean my gutters?
Twice a year for most Denver homes: once in late spring after cottonwood shedding, once in late fall after leaves drop. Homes surrounded by pine or aspen may need a third cleaning in midsummer.
Do you clean gutter guards?
Yes. Gutter guards still collect debris on top and need periodic removal and cleaning underneath. We can also install new gutter guards if you are considering them.
What about two-story or steep-roof homes?
We handle two-story and steep-pitch homes routinely. If a job needs specialized safety equipment we flag it during the quote so there are no surprise charges on the invoice.
How long does a typical cleaning take?
Most single-story residential jobs take 60 to 90 minutes. Two-story or larger homes may run two to three hours.
Lawn care
How often should I mow my lawn in Denver?
Weekly during peak growing season (roughly May through September), every 10 to 14 days in shoulder months. Colorado's altitude and dry climate mean grass grows in bursts after rain, so a consistent schedule prevents shaggy lawns between visits.
Do you aerate?
Yes. Core aeration works best in fall (September and October) or early spring, before or after the peak growing stretch. Ask for a bundled aeration and cleanup quote if you want both done on the same visit.
Do you handle weed control or fertilizer applications?
Basic weed pulling in beds and cracks is included with regular service. We do not apply chemical herbicides or fertilizer programs. If you want a full lawn-treatment program we can recommend a licensed applicator in the Denver area.
Can I schedule bi-weekly instead of weekly?
Yes. Bi-weekly works well for smaller lots or during slower-growth periods. Peak-summer bi-weekly can leave the lawn shaggy between visits, so we may recommend switching to weekly for June through August.
Pressure washing
Is pressure washing safe for my siding?
Yes, when the pressure is calibrated to the material. Vinyl siding tolerates higher PSI than painted wood, brick tolerates more than stucco. We adjust per surface and use low-pressure soft-wash technique on anything that could be damaged by direct high-pressure spray.
How often should I clean my driveway?
Once a year for most Denver homes, more often if you park oil-dripping vehicles or have heavy tree litter. Timing usually spring or early summer once the last freeze has passed.
Do you use hot water?
Cold water with cleaning agents handles the vast majority of residential jobs. Hot-water pressure washing is standard for commercial grease removal but rarely necessary for residential. If your job needs it we will say so during the quote.
Will it damage my plants or windows?
No, with proper technique. We wet down plants before starting so any overspray dilutes rather than concentrates, cover delicate landscaping, and use low pressure near windows and outlets. Damage from pressure washing is almost always a technique problem, not an inevitable side effect.

Are you licensed and insured?

Do you require a contract or upfront deposit?
No long-term contract and no upfront deposit for standard residential jobs. You pay after the work is done and you have seen the result. Recurring lawn service can be paused or canceled whenever you need.
